New Region: Water World
Yea... i got bored in Lion's Arch and went to the share and ran neck deep into the water. While I was in the water, I saw a shark-like creature and thought hmmm....
We should have a world where the Explorable Regions are all underwater and the outposts are on little sand bars or large boats...
There should be a mission that allows your helm to carry oxygen and one that puts wieght on your armor or something
New monsters would include Mermaids, Dolphins, Whales, Sharks, Jellyfish, and such. Of course, the water won't increase or decrease elemental effects...
New items would have a watery/ice look to them, like the Brotherhood from FFX!
I don't know if it's a good idea or not, i just got bored and started brainstorming..

I loved the movie, not that this suggestion is totally Water World.
I would rather Sail the seas than walk under them, Walking under the Water is just a new scenery, waterlike visuals and settings, but still the same gameplay. I would rather be on a ship with a group of guildmates and discover the seas for a new kind of PvE experience.

The problem with the sea would be....its too open.
Guild Wars doesnt run on open maps. All the maps are twisting paths to make you run around as much as possible.
Sid Meier's Pirates is pretty fun, but the sailing there is not the main focus.
Play Zelda Wind Waker....GOD I HATED SAILING >.< Its so boring....especially with no wind on your side before you learn the wind song thing...grr

I think the closest we should ever get to walking under water is walking ontop of the jade on the luxon side. Walking under water would be to unlike guild wars.
